WPAA-TV and Community Media Center facilitates the creation and distribution of meaningful noncommercial community access TV as stewards of Wallingford's media making resources in fulfillment of cable access provider responsibilities ad as a local arts nonprofit.
WPAA-TV is able to develop programs for teenagers and provides a safe environment for them to create and learn while encouraging a strong sense of community.
