Ice Cream truck at Camp Ulbrich

As every summer, Ulbrich Stainless Steels, through the Fred Ulbrich Memorial Fund, had the great honor to help cool down the very active campers at the Ulbrich Summer Camp. This year, the Wallingford Family YMCA, as part of Youth Day for the Jubilee hosted “Camp Day @ Doolittle” on Friday, June 24, 2022.

In addition to the regular 300 campers, all Wallingford camps (Ulbrich Boys and Girls Club, Park & Rec camp, Catalyst Art Camp, Camp Evolution at Mountainside, etc.), were invited to join at Doolittle park for Camp Extravaganza. There were games and other activities, as well as a sponsored free lunch. An average of 500 Wallingford campers were sent on their way with an ice cream treat!
